3. Do you submit applications on behalf of clients?

No. All applications must be submitted directly by the applicant. We do not submit applications or communicate with embassies or immigration authorities on behalf of clients.

4. Do you guarantee visa or passport approval?

No. Visa and passport decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities. We do not guarantee outcomes or influence decisions in any way.

5. Who is your service suitable for?

Our service is suitable for individuals who want professional guidance and support when completing application forms and prefer to submit their applications themselves.

6. Is your service legal?

Yes. We provide administrative support only. We do not offer immigration advice, legal advice, or representation, and we operate as a private assistance service.

7. Do I still have to attend appointments or biometrics myself?

Yes. Any appointments, biometrics, interviews, or submissions required by an embassy or application centre must be attended and completed by the applicant personally.

8. What information do I need to provide?

You will need to provide accurate personal information and relevant documents required for your application. You remain responsible for ensuring all information provided is correct.

9. How do you protect my personal information?

We handle all client information confidentially and in line with data protection regulations. Your information is used only to provide the requested service and is not shared with third parties unless legally required.

10. Are your fees refundable?

Fees are charged for time and administrative assistance provided. Once the service has been delivered, fees are non-refundable.

11. Are your fees inclusive of government charges?

No. Our fees cover application assistance only. Official visa or passport fees must be paid separately to the relevant authority.

12. Can you advise me on which visa to apply for?

We can provide general guidance based on publicly available information, but we do not offer immigration or legal advice. The final choice of visa type remains the applicant's responsibility.

We operate as a UK-based private service and assist clients remotely.
