1. Nature of Service

GVA is a private application support service providing assistance with form completion and guidance only. We do not issue visas or passports.

2. No Government Affiliation

GVA is not affiliated with the Ghana High Commission, Ghana Immigration Service, or any government authority.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

GVA does not guarantee approval of any visa or passport application. Decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities.

4. Fees

All fees paid to GVA are for administrative assistance only and do not include government or embassy fees.

5. Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. GVA is not liable for delays or refusals resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability. Missed appointments may not be refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

GVA shall not be held responsible for application refusals, processing delays, or decisions made by issuing authorities.
